Anyone here heard of CIA - Ceasar Independent Advisory services in Parklane , selegie road or receive call from them ? They claimed to have called a lot of the LGM members and helped them.
They claimed that they are helping WTA - world timeshare association in investigation of timeshare companies and claimed that 95% of LGM members are unhappy about the services and want to help these members cancel their contracts and to engage their lawyers to help the members to get back the money.
They sound extremely dodgy to me , sounds like another line of scam. They give the same speech like all these resale companies. Have anyone else receive the call from them or responded to them ?

How did they managed to locate you? Did they ask for any upfront fees? Is there any other terms and conditions for the service? They would not be doing this for nothing. There could be something in it for them to setup this service.
Anyone out there knows about them? Is it another one of those scammer?

Well , these people claimed that they got my particulars from the WTA database as "they" have been ask by WTA to investigate the timeshare companies.
So far , they wanted me to go down to listen to their "talks" but i have resisted until i find out more about them. They say that their consultation fee is free and they can help u to cancel the contracts without paying maintenance fee but if u want to get back your money , oh yes - there is "legal fees" involved.
Sounds very much like a scam to me but i need to know whether anyone else here have encounters with them ? The guy i talked to is called Suresh.

Just received a call from them too.
They sounds like a bunch of idiots claiming to be lawyers...
ya, sure...lawyers!!!
If they really are lawyers, then I'm a Judge!!
They can't even speak proper english for crying out loud, much less represent me in any court case !!
They sound more like those "sit-by-the-cofeeshop" good-for-nothing liars...
Well, I can only say that they're somehow connected to the TimeShare crap too...maybe affiliated to Oriental, ATC, IRN, LGM, etc..
C'mon, wake up guys, if we need to report anything...it's through the proper authority, ie.. POLICE...not thru a third party, stinking, poor english-speaking self-declared Liar, er..lawyer...hahahaha!!!!Lawyer my foot !!!!
NEVER, NEVER meet up with them, unless you want to get conned again...
If they insist, how about arranging to meet them in some nearby Police Station ?? Good suggestion?
If the whole meeting is sincere, then it's convenient to lodge a police report there and then too!!!
Oh ya, they got a piece of my mind too on the phone...I gave it to them real good....cos they were talking shit!!!
Cheers, man !!!
IceT
PS: BE VERY CAREFUL..........THERE's CON-VULTURES out there..
