] Date Posted: Tue, Mar 15 2005, 10:41:16 2 IRN employees, I forgot their names were good to me. But with ATC, the customer service is bad and they are out to get your money. All of us should get each other's contact to counter-check what ATC is doing. I've gone for a holiday with one of ATC resorts in malaysia. It was a rather old one not maintained poor customer service. For the amount that we've paid u'd think it would be better...but nah just ok only lah. I wasted one week once before when I booked somewhere in NZ.. There were some flooding there and decided to cancel. There is in fine print if there's any cancelation of bookings because of ACTS of God , your week will not be replaced. That Maestro company.
