i just read my agreement again, i saw a statement that if we cease payment and should there be legal actions to be taken, we will have to pay the entire sum to end the matter and i think there is a chance we may end up without the plan as well. can anyone enlighten me!!!

Please understand after being grilled for 3 to 4 hrs (maybe more) the only thing in your mind is to get the hell out of there. You don't have time to read the small prints at that stage. Well this is one of the ways people are conned by timeshare marketing companies. They have carefully crafted the contract so that finally u end up the looser. Please be careful, fellas. Avoid them like the plague. Nothing is free in this world. Do not be tempted to accept free gifts and lucky draws. Don't ever pity those sweet and innocent looking kids who approach u to fill up a survey form.
