Are you familiar with the story of Genesis? Perhaps you are, and perhaps you are not. If you are, you know how Adam was created and out of his flesh Eve was born. Unfortunately, it never happened that way. In the beginning, two equines were created. First there was Eve, mother of all equines. She was a kind mare, and lived happily among the garden named Eden. During this period, Eve gave birth to three children by Adam. First there was Cain, a dark and evil stallion. Next there was Eden, a Neutral mare with a sweet temper and the blessing of immortality. The last and youngest was Abel, a Light stallion. Cain often beat and teased Abel, because his sister favored Abel. Eden hated this and refused to stay with Cain as it was by law. Even though Cain promised to stop his evil ways, he killed Abel in secret to gain his sister’s love. Eden, however, knew of this. Her sadness soon turned to anger. She cursed Cain to eternal death. This meant no other dark and evil beings could be produced. Cain was banished to the Underworld. Using Cain’s healthy body as a sponsor, she brought Abel back to life. The couple lived together in harmony, and they had numerous children. All of their heirs were blessed with immortality. Once Eden and Abel were ready to return to their Celestial home, all hell broke loose. Their heirs became greedy and used up the land. They did not praise the Creator. Even Abel became consumed with earthly satisfactions. The Creator became so infuriated he banished all equines from Eden and cast the immortality out of the equines. Only one mare still kept her immortality. She was Avena, a kind-hearted mare who always stayed loyal to the Creator and favorite to Eden. The other equines of the earth became jealous of her. They cursed her as an Outcast, and all of her descendants would be known to have “dirty blood”. Eden pitied Avena. She asked the Creator to bless Avena with an immortal foal as a gift for all she had put up with. The Creator granted it and Avena gave birth to a filly, Suicide Note. Turmoil was happening among the mortal equines. Those who had a diminutive bit of Eden’s blood and a tiny bit of Cain’s declared war on those with Eden’s and Abel’s. After a few years of war, two groups settled out: the Lights and the Neutrals. In the meantime, Suicide Note was a low-ranking mare in an abusive herd. Her lord raped her and a colt was born. In a dream, Eden told Suicide Note that the foal, Green Day, was also immortal and blessed by the gods. Eden also said that Green Day was destined to be the Neutral King, and a mare of great importance would be seated as his Queen. It was also said that the long lost Garden of Eden would be his Kingdom. Suicide Note was confused, but Eden gave her directions to find the garden. Going on pure faith. Suicide Note fled her herd and brought the colten to Eden where he rules to this day. Even though the garden has been found once again, peace is not restored. Only time will tell the outcome of this story.
