would love to hear from anyone from that era!! Did anyone have Mr. Yagoda? Or am I hallcinating there was such a person? Ciao Happy holidays

I remember him...didn't he look like a penguin??? Kind of a fat, short, round guy. He was there in the late sixties when I was...

NO NECK YAGODA

He used to spit when he talked so noone wanted to ist in the front row...he also had dandruff and it was hard to concentrate on social studies because of it!!!

Yes there was such a person, and he was as repulsive as they come. He would take boys to concerts at Carnegie Hall in his car. But if girls wanted to go, they would have to take the subway.....hm.

Yes i remember him very well. He was an excellent history teacher and one i remember very well. He knew of my interest in music and took me and other students to classical music concerts which was a first experience for me and one that probably helped me become a professional musician later in life. He is one teacher i look back on and offer very much thanks and appreciation! Thank you for bringing up many fine memories.
