I have written and re-written this topic over and over for the past 45 minutes. I'm going to sum it up in one sentence.

If you take an overview of the last 50 years of western existence, the good and the bad, and seen the radical changes that have occurred in both individualkind and humankind, will the next 50 years attempt to outdo itself and lead to the utter fall of our "organized" society as it is today...will there be a renaissance period, a "happy medium" or will it fail completely?

Take into consideration war, freedom, womens lib, diseases, treatments not cures, kids in school with guns, teen pregnancy, housing projects, indian reservations, oil, the environment, foreign relations, immigration, and anything else you deem applicable.
