Right now you can register to represent your City or County at the 2013 California�s Miss Heart of the USA State Pageant for the low price of only $149 (Normally $299). First 10 get it for $99.00!!!
Once your registration form and payment have been receive you will be issued a title and receive your Queen�s Kit (which will contain your beautiful MHoftheUSA Sash, Crown and State Packet......along with other goodies). You can immediately begin to represent your City/County at local events such as fairs and festivals, parades, ribbon cutting and begin doing community service work if that is your goal.
