Brendan is the sweetest guy I've met ever in the hockey world. As for him hiding that he has a kid, he's never done that while in Cincinnati. He has a boy and I believe he is 14 this year. He came to a couple of games when Brendan played for the Ducks.

Brendan is genuinely nice and not arrogent at all. I've seen him flirt, but come on--what guys don't and girls for that matter. He's never turned someone away that wanted an autograph or just to chat. He actually goes up to the people he recognizes and starts a conversation. I don't think I've seen a whole lot of that from any other players.

Just my tidbits of Brendan!
