My answers:

One female FBI agent that's been featured on the Files:
I'd have to say Diana Fowley, the prima beeatch of them all. I'd want to know what was going on inside that attractive head of hers, and when she whipped off her shirt in the ep when Mulder went wacky, did they probe each other?? (In the biblical sense I mean)

One Starfleet Officer who served on Voyager:
B'elanna all the way. While plying her with bannana pancakes I'd ask how she was doing with controlling her rage and volatile emotions, and if the baby is really Tom's. Then I'd call her a turtle head and see if all that Vulcan meditation paid off!

One villain from Buffy:
Andrew most definitely!! (The blond haired member of the "super villains".) Only for the simple reason that every time that guy says something, I laugh uncontrollably. He has the funniest voice I've ever heard. In the ep where he and his nerdy cohorts turned Buffy invisible, at the end Willow and Buffy were confused as to who he was. Well, he was like: "I was responsible for the flying monkeys at the school dance." "I'm Tucker's brother!!" I don't know why, but the way that line was delivered caused my sister and I to laugh for 20 minutes straight. So now all we ever have to do is just say the words "Tucker's brother" and we both start laughing our asses off. So the only reason I'd want to talk to Andrew is just to try to get him to say something about Tucker.
