She was able to focus on bringing her back rather then deling with her grief. Since Dawn tried to do the same I would think a light might click on.

Wiccan code. Since I'm not a Wiccan I can't give much on it, but from waht I understand a key principle is respecting the natural order. It's what Tara referred to when she told Dawn they couldnt' try to bring Joyce back.

I think the road to hell is paved with good intentions and bringing Buffy back put her on the on ramp.

She herself admitted she has issues with others getting close to her people (or something like that). It was actually her next sentence after saying they should turn Faith over.

Sorry, I know alot of people love Willow, heck I was once one of them, but the person she's grown into is not nearly as loveable.
