I was very disappointed last night. Whoever prepped Miss Georgia did a horrible job. Took a natural beauty and ruined her. Hair, makeup and evening gown were all wrong for her. She was fantastic when she won Miss Georgia and not so much last night. Very sad to see.

I disagree and I have seen her social media. No red lined lips and straight hair until very recently. Also she should have not have worn a tight white evening gown. Something more flowing would have looked better. I am placing my opinion on what I have seen online after she won Miss Georgia USA and since before these last two weeks. I am entitled to my opinion.

[> Subject: I agree she was "ruined". First worst dress of all Greenwood girls! Keith picked wring dress for her again! Hair was wrong! Slick straight hair was horrible on her. But lets be real, what is her career? What are her accomplishments? This pageant under IMG is now a pageant for women with substance! A career. An education. A charitable cause. Deanna has none of that! A pretty face is no longer good enough! Also, this pageant is clearly now for WOMEN! Not girls in college or professional "models". Substance and maturity. 19 -22 year olds save your money until you grow up. Georgia will crown an accomplished black girl over the age of 24 this year. Just watch.

[> Subject: It doesn't matter who the hell dressed her.. It HER CHOICE AND HER STYLE! They didn't force the gown upon her. She has bad taste and isn't Miss USA worthy.. Just let it go Jesus.

[> Subject: Why did Georgia keep sticking her hands up in the air. It was bad enough to do it in her introduction but then she did it during EG. Not very classy

First and foremost, I would like to say that quota is not a variable in this competition, but that the best person at the time for the job takes home the WORK that it takes to become Miss USA/Teen USA.
Although you may not agree with the way she performed, don't allow your jealousy of the crown be a hinderance in not only pageants but society's progression.
And to sit here behind your key board calling her "classless" shows the neglect of class that you have yourself. Wake up, it is 2017, we should be lifting people up.
