I do believe that USA is a system that crowns tall girls it's not just Tennessee it's nationwide I will go out on a limb though and say this if a year a short girl is crowned it is going to be Cara Donaldson that girl rocked the stage and she is facially beyond gorgeous she stood out amongst everyone to me I would've had her in a little sexier gown but I think she would do very well on a national level. The body the face are there unfortunately she seems to be very petite as far as height goes if they go short and blonde it's going to be her if they stick with the trend of tall it has to be minor.
