They need to hear all accounts. I have no doubt you have something. Mrs Greenwood does not run a fair pageant and never has. Everything is predetermined with her reusable judging panels. She gets who she wants and keeps her "sponsors" happy so she doesnt have to spend any money. Put your proof together and send it to Paula Shugart ASAP! I have to agree that Ms. Greenwood really doesn't have anything to gain by rigging the pageant. It's unfortunate that competitive events always have those who are poor sports and get some sort of relief by saying negative things against the event or the competition.
