Sites I choose

http://www.funbrain.com/

This is a game website. I liked it very much because this is focused to educational fun. Games are divided into categories: for kids, parents and teachers, so kids can look for their favorite games, teachers can find tools to make their job more creative and parents can choose what’s the best game for their children. Rules explanation for each game is available. It is a good site for kids. They could learn English and Math playing games that have gorillas, dogs and other animals. The colours and cartoons are a good way to increase the children’s interest.

www.towerofenglish.com

This is a wonderful site which help students to find the best places on the Internet to practice real English. You'll find about 300 fun and interesting websites in
34 different categories, like animals, food, games, grammar, holidays, listening, movies, music, quizzes, vocabulary, writing and so on.

http://www.babylon.com/

An on line dictionary and translator. It also can be downloaded for free from the website. It offers advantages for Multilanguage learners, because you will find a Multilanguage word translator. Several languages are available.

http://www.crossword-compiler.com/

It’s a web site that offers free software to build Crossword puzzles.
Interesting for teachers who want to build crosswords to be used as in class activities, which are quite helpful to improve student’s vocabulary. Also available for professional and Web publishing ends.

I recommend: http://dictionary.cambridge.org/

This is a very good web site I choose to recommend you.
In my opinion it’s the best dictionary of the internet, because it’s free and it has many features, such as Learner’s dictionary, American English, Idioms, Phrasal Verbs, etc. When you look up a word, they give you examples of phrases in which you can use them. Other futures available: Top 50 words 2003, English Pronouncing Dictionary, Online activities and Worksheets, Data for language researchers.
