While it is speculation for the most part the chances of him being sterile are pretty high having had mumps as an adult. And if I remember correctly I believe he said that his groin swelled up pretty badly with them. If that's the case then chances are he is sterile. Although the only way to know for sure is to be tested and I doubt that kind of info is going to be shared. but we'll just have to wait and see what happens. I personally can't see mr. spoiled being a parent.
