I asked about Jared some time ago, but Tomo, I know! Tomo? COMMITTED? LOL. You're joking, right? I have girlfriends with pictures OF him giving them a smooch (cheek) and he asked them to hide it since his girl would get upset, but they put them up anyway. Yes, it's rare, RARE...but Tomo does indeed hook up, usually with someone he trusts and is familiar with. :/ As far as I know, yes, he and Vicki are still together, but Tomo has his "moments" so to speak. He's no angel, that's for sure.
