Here are my thoughts for the mission statement and goals. I reworded them a little and added one additional goal.

>To prepare boys for boy scouts by exposing them to, and encouraging their participation in, enriching and increasingly challenging activities.>
>Goals
>Build self-confidence through pride in achievement

>Encourage goal setting

Teach and practice respectful behavior
