Date Posted: 10:35:09 05/12/06 Fri Need a female student to take over my apartment lease in The Courtyards for a 1 bed/bath, within a 2x2 apt. (Building 3). You can live here RENT-FREE for the month of May and pay ONLY $655 each for the months of June and July, with all utilities included and a washer and dryer in the apartment. The apartment is already furnished and you have a pool, exercise room, Courtyards shuttle to and from campus, and FREE parking!!! My roommate also is graduating, in May and she is hardly ever around so you pretty much have the apartment to yourself!
