Only 2 payments (June and July). - Move in date is negotiable. Move out date is August 10. - Please keep in mind that the Commons charges a $300 security deposit, but this is refunded at move out. Also, there is a $25 application fee. - Carpet will be cleaned. No marks on the wall. Bathroom and kitchen is spotless. - My roommates are graduating seniors who are very busy.
