Date Posted: 07:56:41 05/19/06 Fri So, in case any guys are still looking, I've got a spot open in Commons 2, 5th floor in a 4BR/2BA set up where I am the only person subletting (but two of the three won't be here at all the the third is a quiet guy who will be working all day every day so you'd pretty much have the place to yourself. If you have a friend who would like to come along I can probably convince one of the two guys who won't be here to sublet his place. I'm asking for $700 for the whole summer (that's $350 a month, as opposed to our usual $630). If you're new to Commons then you'll need to pay them a $300 security deposit and $25 application fee... but if you've moving into any Commons building in the fall then you don't need to do anything because you've already done this. The starting date can be as early as Capstone will allow and the ending date is August 10th, when the lease ends.
