SUMMER SUBLEASE
Please contact me if you are interested in living in south campus commons over the summer (or for any part of the summer). The apartment is in Building 1 and I have one of the bigger bedrooms(it is larger than the bedrooms in commons 5 and 6). The apartment includes a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Our common room is nicely furnished and decorated and my roommates are awesome. Rent is negotiable (I am willing to rent it for about half of the normal price of $630 a month) and includes a Lot 19 parking permit for the Mowatt Lane Garage, which is the closest lot to the building. Feel free to call or email if you are interested and we can arrange a time for you to see the apartment.
