You'll be getting: -Clean apartment, clean room -Close proximity to Mowatt Lane Parking Garage (permit and swipe included for FREE), business school, south campus dining hall, route 1 -Share bathroom with only one other person -$130 off rent per month (I pay 630 normally- you will pay 500!!) -End of May/Beginning of August until lease is up is free for you!! -Did I mention free parking garage permit (lot 19) and swipe?? -Total of $1000 for the entire summer! -Move-in date is anytime after graduation (may 22), it's up to you!
