Preferably I would like to release it at the end of May and you would take over the Lease for the summer and next term. But if you don't need it until the Fall I can hold onto it for you. Commons 3 is the best commons to live in. It is the closest to Route 1 and the Bars, which makes it the shortest drunk walk home ever. My roommates are all engineers, not the typical stay in their room and study 24/7, but are very sociable and friendly.
