Subleasing my Commons 1 apartment (male) for the summer. Move in/out date is flexible. Rent is negotiable, but the sublease will include a free parking permit for Mowatt Lane Garage. Apartment is on the 3rd floor, and the bedroom has huge windows with fantastic views of Commons 2.
It is a recently renovated apartment with hardwood floors, a nice kitchen, brand new appliances, clean bathrooms, 48 inch TV in the living room, washer/dryer in apartment, clean roommates, etc.
