Subject: It actually is a lie, ST
In reply to: ST 's message, "Changing one's mind isn't a lie, no matter how hard you try to spin it." on Wednesday, March 10, 10:55:21pm

When you make an unequivocable statement, "I've had enough...I'm not even going to look at the board anymore, so I won't be tempted to respond...I will not waste any more of my time on this place," then "change your mind." But you're famous for this kind of thing and you've rationalized it. The big question for you is, why? Why is it you keep repeating the same behaviors and expecting different results? That's a pretty good working definition of insanity, young fellow. Especially, when the flip-flop always occurs withing a few days or, sometimes, hours. The fact that this doesn't seem to trouble you only indicates an even deeper problem. Seriously.

You know you were looking at the board almost immediately after having boldly stated you wouldn't. And the "temptation" to post came almost immediately on the heels of seeing a post that referred to you.

I would also be concerned about this bizarre notion you have of "self-preservation." What kind of "self" is it that is dependent on watching, lurking, waiting to see if any attention is being paid to you in absentia? A paranoid "self" apparently.

I'm not kidding when I say you are very lost person, in my opinion, as well as masochistic internet drama junkie.
