As a matter of fact, I'm not a leftist. I'm more of a centerist. I've been registered Republican most of my life, but have been leaning more and more left as time goes on and I'm an independent now. My ideology is a mix between the Reps and Dems it seems. On social issues I tend to be liberal, while fiscally I'm conservative. I don't like the deficit spending of the right, I don't like the big government of the left, I'm not in favor of heavy taxation of the rich, but I'm not fundamentally opposed to tax hikes either, etc, etc.. I'm a hodge-podge.

ST's never asked me about any of the above. His partisan blinders just made him assume that I'm leftist because I disagree with his assinine behavior.
