Yes, good example of an actual troll. To my knowledge, he's not ever participated in the discussion of any issue, nor does it seems he takes any interest in them. He has only one trick, which is looking for opportunities where he can post an animated GIF in a thread to mock someone. It's not apparent that he has any redeeming characteristics, although I can't rule it out. Yep, he is a troll alright, and everyone does seem to ignore him.

There was also a rash of right-wing trolls going under the name of Observer, Old Fart, Anonymous, etc., not too long ago. They all seemed to be the same person, all with the same agenda of personal smears and never discussing the issues, and disappearing quickly once their job was done. I'd classify them as trolls as well.
