Most of the time, all you do is pass along RNC/Drudge/AFA, etc., smears as "truth" while denying any facts that don't fit your demonstrably fascist views.

If you like it, it's "truth." If you don't, it's "leftist." And usually, when the truth is revealed, you shut up about it or desperately try to outspin with the latest nonsense you've had beamed into your head.
