I think the reason for failure at Hafan is twofold. Firstly the place has not been run in truth either time. I know from personal experience that I and several others were lied to by both JD's team and Alan's. This leads to the second. I believe that Hafan is built on very spiritual ground and the earth energies are very strong there. In the laws of natural justice it is obvious then that corruption cannot survive for long on this piece of Gods earth. It doesnt matter whether its cheating in the seance room, or pretending, if cheating is too strong a word, or using murderers to employ their threatening ways to evict the first tenants, and then carrying on lying to and exploiting students as the present caretakers of the land are doing, spirit and truth will prevail. Until the site is run in truth and light it cannot thrive.
