I am not an onlooker and have been involved on and off with Hafan since the Lyceum days. As one of the volunteers Alan Mayze got rid of I can confirm that it is attitude that is mainly responsible for its demise. He is so scared that people around him are going to tell the truth about him that he cannot see anything else. Put this together with Traceys selfisheness and laziness, she is energetic enough to go for what she wants but that is all, and you have the reason for the decline. While he is in control Hafan remains corrupt at the core.
