It's my understanding they estimate what should have been taken on a full week and multiply it up over the amount of weeks it's open - In this case 52 weeks a year. It's upto the company then to prove otherwise. I wonder if the tax man knows about the Friends of Hafan fund that went adrift - not to forget the 15 grand they were missing come September last year - Ho Ho Ho - He He He - wonder if the Tax man knows as well - THEY might call too if the VAT man tells him. Ho! dearie me - every dog has its day:-)
