The reason the rooms are empty is because they expect people to pay top class fees for third rate tutors, what a turn around for the place and what shame on Alan and Tracey to think they can con people so easy, when Jean duncan was there, you had top class tutors at very reasonal fees.
But is it all being done for a reason and a excuse to sell the place for much profit?
