HYC was bought by the use of a loan albeit in Alan Mayzes' name. Whilst JD ran the centre the loan was always paid in full and never on any occasion did she or anyone for or on behalf of HYC ask Alan Mayze for a Penny piece. Just to put a finer point on the subject neither was funds forthcoming from Alan towards the running, maintainance or inprovements..... Any idiot can take out a loan to enable a project to be funded...... Not such the idiot though...... He then went on to claim the place as his own..... This was not the intended outcome of all the others that were involved in the centre.... It was to be a Trust.... So you see.... We have already dreamed the dream.....
