She is the most Spiritual one there at the moment, she has a love of the place, she could not run it any worse, give her a chance, even if only as a short term agreement, until somebody more experianced can take over, at the moment it won't last, or is that the long term plan.
Maybe if Jean Duncan won't come back, if Alan loves the place and wants it to carry one as he said he would, then maybe he should put Hafan before his pride and seek advice from Jean Duncan.
