Alan I think you really need to take a long hard look at what is going on around you. Who is really doing the work. Who is getting paid and who is not. Who are you providing a home for and who comes and goes at there own expense. If you answer these questions honestly in your heart you will begin to see some of the problems you are facing, and then you may be able to find the solutions. if you wont address the problems you will never get Hafan on its feet. if you havent the heart to do it, let you co-director in on all thats going on and take her advise.
