Give her time, she needs to ask Alan for the answer first.
If she thinks John is great, then she must be lacking something in the mental department, after all the great mediums and tutors who have worked at Hafan, with John it is a case of after the Lord Mayor's Show.
But seriously, "Lyn" must be new to the movement, if she really does think John is great, I would advise her to seek out others and make a comparison.
