Here are some ways I found to delete the spyware on my computer.
I am running in windows XP.
Check your computer with Spyware Doctor after your free installation run it in FULL SCAN. You cannot cure it as yet, because you have not purchased it, but I think this might help. You see now what badness you have on your computer.
There is another software out there which is also free it is called �spybot�
Now to try and clear your rubbish.

Click on Start.
Click on Control panel.
Click on Internet options.
Click on Delete cookies.
Click on Clear history. Put a �0� in days to keep
Click on Apply.
Come out of it.

Now go to start again Click on
Click on All Programs.
Click on Accessories.
Click on Windows explorer.
Click on My computer.
Click on Local disk �c�
Click on Windows.
Click on Temp �delete all the files in here�.
Click on Downloaded program files. �Delete all files in here.�
Click on Offline web pages. �Delete all files in here.�
Click on any temp internet file �Delete all files in here.�

Click on your favourite list for the internet and delete any unwanted in there.

Go to your recycle bin and empty that completely.
Now run spyware doctor again on FULL SCAN and see the difference. Now go out and buy the spyware software programme and a good virus checker.
