Hello, I agree with many of your statements. My comments on a few:
I don't think that a command neccessarily is a good one, it can turn out bad or good, so I don't agree that mainly Andria and Fredric deserve those commands.
I a gree with most of your other pool options, exccept the chess part, I think playing chess will most likely make the two involved talk together, and the result will depend on what interests they share or not.
