Date Posted: 02/17/08 7:35:01pm In reply to: A.P. 's message, "Maurice Stine Passed" on 02/11/08 9:47:12am I was able to attend Maurice's funeral. It's somewhat hard to accept his passing, 3 generations of my family pulled with him - my dad & myself back in the early 70's when he pulled a IH 656, and Andrew & I from the late 80's. He lived a long life and I'm sure he touched the lives of many a puller. I know I will miss him, along with his close friend John Pardon. Was able to talk to his wife, Sheila. It's been alot of years since I've seen her, but she still recognized me. She brought back memories of my wife changing the boys diapers on the tailgate of the pickup, and other things. I'd long forgot about those times, but she hasn't. I've been thinking the last couple of days about setting up a memorial page for pullers that have passed on. That could happen in the near future...
