Subject: Disabled need help for 14&16 , and an 8 week old baby please

I am 35 disabled mother of two 14 and 16, my 16 year odl suprised me and gave me an 8week old grand baby now. This year has been very hard now we have an extra mouth to feed, I receive government assistance and ssi & social security total of 702.00 a month, with the bills and rent I don't have extra money if anyone can help please let me know. There is no agency here that helps in my zio code or for teens... I don't care for my self only my children and grand baby
