can you help me get a perminent residence in new zealand

Im mark nelson c. almeda, im currently holding a student visa, studying diploma in hospitality management at porirua city whiteria polytechnic community, i came from the philippines, 28 years old, i had a bachelor degree (bachelor of science in business management) in the philippines at one of the recognized school in (de la salle university) i check its recognized by new zealand. i been working in the business field for seven years...im currently working in subway porirua and residing in titahi bay porirua city..

i just want to ask if i can apply for perminent resident here in new zealand... or do i have to wait for 2 years. and finished my course.
