Hello Vanni:

Around this time in the Caribbean everyone is getting ready for Christmas. Two of our most favorite drinks around Christmas time is the Ginger beer and the Sorrell.

Vanni have you ever had Ginger with crushed ice or Sorrell with a nice piece of rum cake.

Although I live in Canada it's just like if I still live in the Caribbean . Every Christmas time my wife make Ginger beer and Sorrell for the family. I eat my rum cake with Ginger beer every Christmas morning right after we open our gifts.

She already start getting things ready for christmas. Right after Christmas I have to hit the gym because I always put on at least 5 to 10lbs.
