hey there,

well we have to see first of all that the movie makers (directors, screenwriters, etc) had the idea to make a movie about adolescence and first love...

"Before being a filmmaker I was a teacher, so I was in involved with adolescents of 14-15 years old, so what the school is at about this age I know I think a lot." Léa Pool said in the interview from the Japanese DVD shown on our site.

I guess Léa knows exactly how difficult life can be being young and discover that you might be lesbian... So yea, somehow this movie has a message for the lesbian ppl in this world.

On the other side, it's not only a movie for lesbians. The values L&D shows us are valid for every human being, no mater of the gender.

Separation is anyways not a really good thing, whom you love shouldn't prevent you to have friends of the same or opposite gender...

As the movie, our site is not dedicated to a special audience. Whoever is a loyal L&D fan is very welcome. If there are 90% lesbians here, it's as well appreciated as if it's 90% straight ppl, as long as we all remember what the movie tells us...
