As I know there is no Book to the film Lost and delirious. (The Wifes of baht is to different from the film)
Maybe there is someone outside who can write one? I would do it myself but i am not a good writer. I good idea would be to write it in 3 diaries (Mouse, Paulie, Tori).
In a book you can feel the pain, the extasy of grief and the resignation stronger as in a film. I would love to read it!
