doh i am lazy, wanted to make the tutorial two days ago, but now its finished.

its not the best, i had to hurry, so forgive me any possible mistakes, whether in my language or with the steps.

Stef, i will send you the files via email, feel free to modify them too. If you are planing to publish the subs someday, you might also need the tutorial :)
