I didn't have any problem with the amazon.co.jp page. I downloaded a Japanese translation script on my computer to "decode" it into English. Once I found it and had checked out I realized I needed a credit card number to complete the transaction. Since I am very sensitive about giving certain information about myself over the internet (social security, etc), I had to back out. Oh well.
