Subject: Pictures of modern styles?

I want to get a new hairstyle, but haven't really seen what I want in a picture. I want long layers, maybe with sideswept bangs. Kind of like ETs Maria Menunous(sp?). Does anyone know any sites that have pictures of modern cuts/styles where it's easy to see the cut? Hairboutique.com is so outdated!
