Subject: It's time to take control....

Hi everyone. My name is J.R.Smith and I moderate this board. Many of you know me and for those of you that don't please look a few thread posts down from this one entitled.." A little background information on us". This will give you a little better understanding of who I am and what I do.

The post here today was prompted by an intense desire to help so many out there today who seem to be struggeling in their attempts to take control over their life, their attempts to lose weight and feel good about themselves once again. And in some cases, for the first time.

7. Have you determined who your support team is going to be?

8. Have you gone to your physician for a "look under the hood"? Cholesterol, blood glucose, blood pressure, triglycerides and such need to be looked at before attempting any lifestyle change and you should involved your physician.

9. Did you begin with an exercise, nutrition and daily journal to record your progress and your failures?

10.Did you enlist the help of a certified fitness professional?

These Essential 10 are questions that each and every person should be able to address and follow through in order to to see a successful transformation in their life and body.

If you have not performed any of the above Essential 10, that's okay because it's not too late to do them. In fact, right now is a great time to get started because you are less likely to be influenced by all the hype typcially associated with all the first of the year resolutions. Now you can get real with your program and I am here to help you do it.
