He heard the words, but their meaning escaped his clouded mind. As a hand brushed his cheek he cried out softly, not in pain but fear. Orange eyes shut gently, the male sobbing gently but not putting up a fight. Broken. "It hurts," he simpered, optics opening briefly and catching a glimpse of his savior before falling unconscious. To Nanaine the male looked like an angel.
