They wouldn't dare pull any of these stunts in the surrounding towns because the majority of residents there are taxpayers. Can you imagine if their supervisors announced in the press they "DON'T CARE" what the public's rights are? Can you imagine what would happen if someone suddenly exposed information similar to that which appears here? I'd love to see a breakdown of the number of employees and salaries they have versus what the city has. Even taking out the fact that they have volunteer fire departments, it would probably make one's brain explode.
